The first hour of a guest’s stay shapes their impression of the whole trip. Our check-in support provides a friendly, in-person welcome so arriving guests are met, oriented, and settled rather than left to work things out alone.
We can support the practical side of arrival through key handover, an agreed property walkthrough, and basic information supplied for the stay. For departures, key collection and a brief visual check can also be discussed.
For hosts who are not local or who manage several properties, having someone on the ground to greet guests removes a major source of stress and reduces the back-and-forth of remote self-check-in.
